The most important (benefit) would be mental health. I feel the programme has helped address ways to feel more content & has installed a more 'get up and go' attitude. The coaching has helped me realise what's important in life. It has also helped me set realistic goals and provided a structure to act upon them. Working with Tony has been highly beneficial. I found the programme very informative about ways to improve my diet and encouraging me to exercise by giving myself targets. The main thing that benefited me though, was the encouragement to reflect every week on what had gone well and why, and also what had not gone so well and why. I found that this was what motivated me most. I had help with seeing where things were not going so well, and discussed alternative approaches. I found over the 6 weeks that I was tweaking my diet a bit each week, exercising more, and trying to get to bed before midnight. As a result of these changes I found I was no longer breathless climbing stairs, was sleeping better and generally felt much healthier and better in myself. I found that the coach's way of questioning helped me to focus on my goals and reflect on what worked and why, and also what wasn’t going well and why,and this helped me find strategies to take forward and try the following week. This focus was very motivating for me. Any problems I had, the coach would discuss them and help find solutions, or suggest an alternative way. He was great at providing information and links to other items to read. The menus were great too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony as a coach. He was very knowledgeable and informative, generous with his time, and looked for me to check in with progress on my targets between sessions. He always came back with encouraging comments. He was great at listening and helping me to work out what I wanted to achieve,then encouraging and motivating me.

I was recently diagnosed with ‘pre-diabetes’, high cholesterol and high liver function. I knew I needed to make a change in my life but it was a daunting fact. I was recommended Tony by family, and I thought I should try it out, I had nothing to lose, I needed to change. I contacted Tony and started the sessions. Through calm, understanding and friendly coaching, Tony was able to identify the changes I needed to make as well as steer me to make my own decisions about what I wanted and needed to do. He wasn’t forceful, or strict, he was able to help me choose what I wanted to do, or like to do and build a plan of action around that. I have already seen a lot of progress in my mood, my energy and sleeping patterns. Through small changes I have noticed big differences and it has given me the motivation and determination to keep going. Tony used useful techniques and resources to help me establish what I needed to work on, and guided me through this with a variety of resources and materials. It was a great experience, he was very easy to talk to and the time flew by every week. He was more than just a coach, he was a therapist and it was so easy to talk about different things and different fears and worries. He made it a really enjoyable experience

I found this a very helpful interaction with Tony, it allowed me to identify lots of information and have put this into practice .In the past few weeks, this has in turn helped me to lose a few pounds and increase my exercise.
