A gentle introduction to healthy eating, the importance of moving your body, the significance of sleep and taking the first steps towards your health goals. All as part of a small group

Who is this for – Our group coaching is ideal for someone wants to achieve their health goals as part of a small like minded community, where experiences can be shared and accountability and motivation is nurtured. Alternatively, it can be a great team building exercise for your staff with the added benefits of getting everyone healthier together.

  • Initial group exploration coaching session (90 Mins)
  • 2 x shared experience coaching sessions (60 Mins)
  • 3 x educational (Nutrition, Movement, Sleep) coaching sessions (60 Mins)
