B3 - Bring Back Balance

The B3 coaching programme is a block of six coaching sessions designed to help Bring Back Balance to three of the major tenants in your Health. Two sessions will be dedicated to each of the below areas (Sleep, Nutrition & Exercise) and will highlight the importance of each and how they can benefit (or hinder) the optimal functioning of the body. Using bespoke questionnaires we can begin to explore where you currently are and where you would like to be. The idea is that once you Bring Back Balance in the body, the body will become your best friend and greatest ally in the pursuit of your health vision. By taking a holistic approach we can gently introduce you back to sustainable Health & Wellbeing.
